Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your tarot reading. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for the reader's time, we have established the following cancellation policy: Rescheduling: • You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled reading time. • To reschedule, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. Cancellations: • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled reading will receive a full refund. No-Shows: • If you fail to attend your scheduled reading without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. • No-shows are non-refundable and forfeit the full payment for the scheduled service. Emergencies: • In case of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis. Reader Cancellations: • In the rare event that the reader needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
